The "All-In-One" treatment is a wonderfully rejuventaing experience that consists of a body brushing, body wash, aromatherapy body scrub, SeaMud body wrap and massage. The benefits include invigorating the skin with exfoliation, moisturizing and detoxification. You will leave the treatment and class feeling very relaxed, with incredibly soft and supple skin. Body brush, loofah mitt, mylar sheet, and "how-to" handouts included with tuition.

Students need to bring to class:

Massage table/bolster (Ft. Worth Classes only)
1 set of sheets
5 bath towels (dark color) or bring old ones that may be stained with seaweed
10 hand towels (dark color) or bring dish towels that may be stained with seaweed
1 washcloth
1 pillow w/case
1 robe
1 large plastic or metal bowl (at least 3 quart size)
1 twin size blanket
1 hefty trash bag
Optional: extra towels
